Fantasy Grove announce each drop in a banner at the top of their homepage rather than publishing a repeating cadence. They also state there are no cart holds: a toy in your cart can still be bought by whoever checks out fastest.

A weekly, biweekly or monthly stock drop, generally on Thursdays around 8PM EST.
The maker calls the cadence "subject to change" and announces each drop on the site, on @pleasureforge and by mailing list. Custom orders are closed for the foreseeable future.
