• “Correction” — a spec, price or stock state that's wrong. Include the page link and, if you have it, your measurement. These get fixed fastest of all.
• “Maker” — you pour silicone and want in (or want something changed about how we list you). We'd genuinely love to hear from you.
• “Bot” — anything about GoldilocksBot's crawling, from tuning to stop-entirely.
• “Privacy” — access, correction, deletion or export of anything we hold. See the privacy page for what that covers.
• “Hello” — everything else, from ideas to typos.

What not to send

No photos of people, please — the site is product-only, and unsolicited anything gets deleted unread. And if a message needs urgency, this isn't the channel: we're a small operation and answer in days, not minutes.

Before you write

The quick answers: we're independent and never a shop, orders and returns belong with the maker you bought from, restock alerts arrive with accounts later this year, and no — makers can't pay to rank better. Everything else, we're all ears.
