What the site is — and isn't

• It's an information service. We aggregate specifications, prices and stock published by independent makers, plus (in time) measurements contributed by owners.
• It's not a shop. Purchases happen on the makers' own sites, under their terms, prices and policies. We're not a party to any sale and can't take responsibility for orders, shipping or returns.
• It's not medical advice. Sizing tools, firmness notes and guides are general information to help you compare products. They're no substitute for your own judgement or, where it matters, a clinician's advice. Stop anything that hurts.

About the numbers

We work hard to keep specs, prices and stock accurate — daily crawls, provenance labels, community verification — but makers change things without notice and silicone is poured by hand. Everything is provided as-is, without warranty. Always check the maker's listing before you buy; where our number and theirs disagree, theirs governs the sale.

Your contributions (when accounts open)

Measurements, reviews and photos you submit stay yours; you grant us a licence to display them on Goldilocks. Product-only photos, no people, and everything passes moderation before it's shown. Contributions that game the verification system get removed, and repeat gaming gets the account closed.

The boring-but-necessary bits

• Don't scrape the site into a competing service, hammer our servers, or probe for holes. (Our own crawler plays by the rules; we ask the same.)
• The Goldilocks name, design and original text are ours. Makers' product names, images and trademarks are theirs, used to identify their products.
• Our liability to you is limited to the fullest extent the law allows; the site is free and we're a guide, not an insurer.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new date.
