XXXL vs 4XL Thiago Boss Fist

Two rungs of the same ladder: Mr Hankey's Toys’s Thiago Boss Fist in XXXL and 4XL — drawn on top of each other to scale, so the step between them is something you can see rather than subtract.

XXXL Thiago Boss Fist: 15.2″ widest insertable girth; 4XL Thiago Boss Fist: 16.1″. Dimensions come from the makers' published figures. Similar dimensions do not establish identical feel. This is a specification comparison, not a hands-on test.

Which one should you get?

Every line generated from the spec deltas in the table below.

Stepping up from the XXXL to the 4XL adds 0.9″ of girth: 15.2″ around becomes 16.1″.
That sits at the top of the half-inch-to-an-inch-per-step increment people usually recommend — a real step up, not a nudge.
The 4XL is the longer of the two: 18.0″ of usable length becomes 19.0″.
Both sizes come in the same firmness options (40% Soft, 75% Soft, Extra Firm), so feel isn’t a variable here — only size is.
Between the two? There’s no rung between them in the sizes we track for this sculpt — so it’s the XXXL, or a different sculpt that lands in the gap.

One on top of the other

Both outlines on one axis, at the same scale. Sizes come from the makers’ published girths; where a usable cut-out exists, the profile itself is traced from it. Where they overlap they’re the same; the gap is the difference.

Differences of about ¼ inch or more are highlighted. Blanks mean the maker doesn’t publish that point.
