Which one should you get?

Every line generated from the spec deltas in the table below.

Stepping up from the Small to the Medium adds 1.4″ of girth: 5.2″ around becomes 6.6″.
That’s over an inch in one step. Owners who’ve worked up sizes generally suggest half an inch to an inch of girth at a time, so this is a jump rather than a nudge — the one to be careful with if the Small already sits near your limit.
The Medium is the longer of the two: 3.1″ of usable length becomes 4.1″.
Both sizes come in the same firmness options (00-30 Soft), so feel isn’t a variable here — only size is.
Between the two? There’s no rung between them in the sizes we track for this sculpt — so it’s the Small, or a different sculpt that lands in the gap.

One on top of the other

Both outlines on one axis, at the same scale. Sizes come from the makers’ published girths; where a usable cut-out exists, the profile itself is traced from it. Where they overlap they’re the same; the gap is the difference.

Differences of about ¼ inch or more are highlighted. Blanks mean the maker doesn’t publish that point.
